The Welsh Government Performance Management Framework was implemented in April 2020, which included a new set of performance targets and measures.
The measures underpin all aspects of the work that we do, by informing our management teams of progress, good practice and emerging trends. The purpose of these measures and targets, both at a national and local level is not just to monitor performance, but it also allows us to plan the delivery of our services.
As a result, we can proactively manage any potential issues, mitigate risks, and use the information to drive our future services.
