Cyflwynwyd y wybodaeth ganlynol ar; Cynllunio Gofal Ymlaen Llaw, Trefniadau Diogelu rhag Colli Rhyddid, Byw Nawr\/Live Now, ‘DeadSocial’ a Gwasanaeth Diwedd Oes Conwy. Roedd nifer dda yn bresennol yn y digwyddiad, cwblhawyd a rhannwyd adroddiad gwerthuso, a rhestrir rhai o sylwadau cadarnhaol y rhai oedd yn bresennol isod:<\/p>\n
