Er mwyn adeiladu ar ein hamrywiaeth o leoliadau maethu mewnol, mae angen strategaeth ddiwygiedig arnom i sicrhau bod ein hoffer marchnata a\u2019n proses recriwtio\u2019n addas at y diben. Gan weithio mewn partneriaeth gyda chwmni annibynnol, rydym wedi adolygu ein prosesau presennol ac adnewyddu ein harfau marchnata presennol.<\/p>\n<p>Fel Awdurdod Lleol, rydym yn cystadlu gyda&#8217;r sector annibynnol i recriwtio Gofalwyr Maeth, ac yn teimlo bod angen hunaniaeth brand cryf. Felly, datblygwyd dulliau newydd i\u2019n cynorthwyo i gadw staff, fel newyddlen bob chwarter a diwrnod Dathlu Derbyn Gofal i ddathlu llwyddiannau Plant sy&#8217;n Derbyn Gofal.\u00a0 Mae cynllun cymhellion ar gyfer Gofalwyr Maeth hefyd ar waith, lle y gellir ennill gwobrau am gyfeirio darpar Ofalwyr Maeth newydd i wneud cais.
