Rhoddodd hyn gyfle i&#8217;r Adran Addysg a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol ddarparu bloc preswyl newydd i blant a phobl ifanc ag anableddau yng Nghonwy. Mae&#8217;r prosiect wedi dwyn ynghyd dau wasanaeth &#8211; Llys Gogarth (darpariaeth addysg breswyl ar y safle i ddisgyblion sy&#8217;n mynd i Ysgol y Gogarth) a Tir Na Nog (Cartref Plant cofrestredig, sy&#8217;n darparu gwasanaeth seibiant i gynorthwyo teuluoedd).<\/p>\n<p>Agorodd y gwasanaeth preswyl cyfun newydd ym mis Hydref ar gyfer plant rhwng 7 ac 19 oed. Mae gan y plant a&#8217;r bobl ifanc sy&#8217;n defnyddio&#8217;r gwasanaeth sbectrwm eang o anableddau corfforol ac anghenion dysgu ychwanegol yn amrywio o Anawsterau Dysgu Dwys a Lluosog (ADDLl) i Anawsterau Dysgu Cymedrol ( MLD) ac Anhwylder Sbectrwm Awtistig (ASD).<\/p>\n<p>Mae yna nifer o fanteision i gyfuno&#8217;r ddau wasanaeth, ac un ohonynt yw gwneud y gorau o botensial yr adeilad newydd pwrpasol, gyda chyfleusterau arbenigol ar y safle gan gynnwys pwll hydrotherapi, ystafelloedd synhwyraidd rhyngweithiol, canolbwyntiau galwedigaethol, neuadd chwaraeon, lleoedd chwarae awyr agored a gynlluniwyd yn arbennig a Chanolfan Adnoddau Dysgu. Mae&#8217;r lleoliad yn Llandudno hefyd yn ganolog gyda mynediad hawdd i ystod o gyfleusterau cymunedol e.e. sinema, pwll nofio, siopau ac ati. Nid oes bellach angen cludo plant a fyddai&#8217;n arfer defnyddio Tir Na Nog o\u2019r ysgol i uned allanol gryn bellter i ffwrdd ym Mae Cinmel. Mae&#8217;r gwasanaeth cyfun hefyd yn gweithredu 52 wythnos y flwyddyn (roedd uned breswyl Llys Gogarth ond yn arfer bod ar waith yn ystod y tymor ysgol yn unig).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/conwysocialservicesannualreport.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/gogarth2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1085\" src=\"https:\/\/conwysocialservicesannualreport.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/gogarth2.jpg\" alt=\"gogarth2\" width=\"347\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/conwysocialservicesannualreport.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/gogarth2.jpg 347w, https:\/\/conwysocialservicesannualreport.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/gogarth2-300x193.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 347px) 100vw, 347px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r gwasanaeth cyfun hefyd yn caniat\u00e1u cydweithio amlasiantaethol agosach. Mae staff yn parhau i ddatblygu cysylltiadau agos gyda theuluoedd, Gwasanaethau Gofal Cymdeithasol Anabledd Conwy, Timau Diogelu, Lleferydd ac Iaith, Dadansoddwyr Ymddygiad Cymhwysol, Therapi Galwedigaethol a&#8217;r Gwasanaeth Anableddau Dysgu Plant a Phobl Ifanc (CALDS).<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r gwasanaeth yn darparu amgylchedd gofalgar, strwythuredig a chartrefol, a gynlluniwyd i gwrdd ag anghenion pob unigolyn.
