{"id":1297,"date":"2016-09-20T13:23:41","date_gmt":"2016-09-20T12:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conwysocialservicesannualreport.org.uk\/?p=1297"},"modified":"2016-09-20T13:23:41","modified_gmt":"2016-09-20T12:23:41","slug":"moderneiddior-ffordd-rydym-nin-gweithio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conwysocialservicesannualreport.org.uk\/cy\/moderneiddior-ffordd-rydym-nin-gweithio\/","title":{"rendered":"Moderneiddio\u2019r ffordd rydym ni\u2019n gweithio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae Gofal Cymdeithasol yn cynnwys rhyngweithio gyda&#8217;r unigolion rydym yn eu cefnogi &#8211; yn aml mae hyn yn golygu ymweld \u00e2 phobl yn eu cartrefi eu hunain, yn unrhyw ran o\u2019r sir.\u00a0 Mae gennym hefyd nifer o swyddfeydd mewn gwahanol leoliadau yn y sir, felly mae&#8217;n gwneud synnwyr i weithio o&#8217;r swyddfa gyfleus agosaf yn hytrach nag un ddesg arbennig mewn swyddfa benodol.<\/p>\n<p>Ers peth amser, mae Gofal Cymdeithasol wedi treialu &#8220;Doethwaith&#8221; &#8211; gan ddefnyddio gliniaduron yn hytrach na PCs sefydlog, a defnyddio RAG (porth mynediad o bell) i alluogi staff i weithio o unrhyw le gyda mynediad i&#8217;r rhyngrwyd a dal i gysylltu \u00e2&#8217;n systemau rhwydweithiol.\u00a0 Mae hyn yn golygu llai o amser teithio, y gallu i weithio o gartref lle mae hyn yn gwneud synnwyr, y gallu i wneud mwy rhwng cyfarfodydd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Doethwaith bellach wedi datblygu i fod yn rhan o Raglen Foderneiddio ehangach ar gyfer Conwy. Gyda&#8217;n cydweithwyr yn TG ac adrannau eraill, rydym yn cyflwyno&#8217;r cysyniad i&#8217;r holl staff.<\/p>\n<p>Trwy fod yn fwy symudol, rydym yn cynyddu ein gofod swyddfa a rhyddhau ystafelloedd cyfarfod.
