Cwblhawyd nifer o gamau gweithredu gan gynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mynd i gyfarfodydd t\u00eem i atgoffa staff am yr amserlenni o fewn Gweithdrefnau Amddiffyn Plant Cymru Gyfan<\/li>\n<li>Darparu gweithdai i wahanol asiantaethau o gwmpas y broses gynadleddau<\/li>\n<li>Sicrhau ansawdd pob cais am gynhadledd achos gychwynnol i sicrhau bod materion yn ymwneud \u00e2 phrydlondeb yn cael sylw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cafodd cyfanswm eleni o 289 allan o 289 o adolygiadau Plant ar y Gofrestr Amddiffyn Plant eu cynnal o fewn y terfynau amser statudol.
