Mae&#8217;r Uned Ddiogelu wedi cyflwyno&#8217;r hyfforddiant Ymwybyddiaeth Diogelu Sylfaenol i staff ar draws y Cyngor, gan gynnwys pob Aelod. Yn ogystal, bydd yr Uned Ddiogelu yn cyflwyno hyfforddiant Ymwybyddiaeth Diogelu Sylfaenol pellach dros y deuddeg mis nesaf.<\/p>\n<p>Yng Nghonwy, bydd hefyd yn rhaid i bob Arweinydd Dynodedig ar gyfer Diogelu ym mhob adran y cyngor fod wedi dderbyn hyfforddiant diogelu ar y ddeddf SSWB. Bydd yr hyfforddiant hwn yn cefnogi&#8217;r Arweinwyr Dynodedig i ddeall y gofynion o amgylch y ddyletswydd i adrodd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r Uned Ddiogelu hefyd wedi cynorthwyo gydag adran drwyddedu CBSC wrth gyflwyno hyfforddiant Cam-fanteisio\u2019n Rhywiol ar Blant gorfodol i yrwyr tacsi ar draws Conwy.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r Uned hefyd wedi cynorthwyo cydweithwyr mewn Addysg o amgylch gweithredu gofynion y Canllawiau Cadw Dysgwyr yn Ddiogel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dros y deuddeg mis diwethaf, mae&#8217;r Uned Ddiogelu wedi parhau i gymryd rhan arweiniol yn y gwaith o weithredu\u2019r Polisi Diogelu Corfforaethol.
