Y nod yw datblygu gwasanaethau cymunedol a fydd yn cefnogi&#8217;r bobl fwyaf diamddiffyn. Mae hyn wedi golygu fod angen gweithio&#8217;n agos gyda&#8217;r Trydydd sector a&#8217;r sector annibynnol, ac o ganlyniad mae\u2019r gwasanaeth yn gyfrifol am oruchwylio grantiau sy&#8217;n cael eu defnyddio i ymateb i&#8217;r strategaeth gomisiynu a\u2019r asesiad anghenion.
