Y gobaith yw y bydd yr ymgyrch newydd yn denu 15 o Ofalwyr Maeth newydd y flwyddyn.<\/p>\n<p>Yn rhanbarthol, bu datblygiadau o ran rhannu adnoddau ar draws y rhanbarth, yn enwedig o ran marchnata, recriwtio, asesu, cytundeb o ran strwythurau ffioedd, a chymorth ar gyfer Unigolion \u00e2 Gysylltwyd*.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Perthynas, ffrind neu berson arall sy&#8217;n gysylltiedig \u00e2 phlentyn.
